Baby Talk

What a year.
2020 has been a time of unprecedented challenge, world-wide, and for many of us it has been a time to re-evaluate what is really important. We are no longer able to take family and friends for granted, even simple gatherings are beyond our reach. So much has changed. We have been faced with illness, isolation and uncertainty, and many have been devastated by the death of a loved one. We have seen the world at its most vulnerable, we have seen human nature both at its worst, and its best.
With a new year around the corner, there are many things we can be grateful for; the medical community, all hospital workers, first responders, and even strangers reaching out to others with kindness and compassion. We can be grateful for  people who showed up to be of service to others; teachers, grocery store clerks, bus drivers,  child care workers, and  a myriad of others who continued to serve, despite the risks.

2021 is a new beginning, and it is so encouraging that we will have vaccines to help us return to normalcy. Thank you to everyone who has worked so tirelessly to bring us to this point.

For those who were lucky enough to have a new little one this year, congratulations! There is no better gift.
